1. Easy Load Order Collection
Inbound load order emails are forwarded to the EKA Documents Inbox: [email protected]. Emails are downloaded and the PDF is processed to extract the data required to create a load.
2. Accurate Data Extraction and Validation
Common data elements are pulled from the load PDF and compared against shipper load and location profile data for use and validation. The system confirms shipper name and address, pickup and delivery locations, and pricing details, among other details, and uploads the shipper order number.
3. Field-Level Confidence Scoring
Data confidence for each field is highlighted along with its associated model confidence. You can see what the system was sure about and what it wasn't.
4. Automated Matching and Assignment
Load orders are matched automatically to shipper pickup and delivery locations and pricing, then assigned for shipping availability in the Load Card.
5. Exception Handling Built for People
Exceptions route to EKA's custom PDF Load Order Resolution processor. Users can re-group pages, correct the PDF document, edit rotation and zoom, or index to the same load. They can organize and sort, edit quickly, or flag for deferred action.
6. Corrections That Teach the System
Corrective action feeds revisions back into the model, so the same mistake gets less likely over time.
