Tracking Shows Where the Truck Is and Leaves the Timing to You
Most visibility tools report a location and a carrier ETA that was right at pickup and stale an hour later. They ignore the run to the pickup and the hours a truck sits at the dock, which is where most delays start. So the first sign of a late load is still a phone call from the customer.
Every Phase of the Load, Measured Against the Customer’s Window
On-Time AI tracks the predicted ETA through each phase: the run to pickup, the dwell at the loading dock, the line haul and the final delivery. You set a delay threshold for each shipper and each load, tied to that shipper’s service level. When a predicted pickup or delivery slips past the threshold, the agent alerts your team and warns the shipper while there is still time to act.
The same record that ends the status calls becomes the scorecard at contract time.
How It Works
Lifecycle Tracking
Follows the load from dispatch through pickup, dock dwell, transit and delivery.
Shipper Thresholds
Applies a delay threshold per shipper and per load, tied to the service level.
Predictive Alerts
Flags a pickup or delivery the moment its predicted time crosses the line.
Performance Record
Keeps an on-time history by shipper, lane and carrier for reviews and bids.
An Alert That Arrives While the Load Can Still Be Saved
On-Time AI runs on the plan Route AI built and the dock events DockTime AI records, so it knows the difference between a delay six hours into a long haul and a delay six hours before a pickup appointment. The alert reflects where the load actually is, and your team spends its time on the loads that need it.
Why We Built It This Way
Built in the Right Order
EKA built the infrastructure first and the optimizers second, so nothing gets ripped out when the next agent ships.
One Record, Three Seats
The same infrastructure serves carriers, brokers and shippers, because the load crosses all three and the handoff is where freight breaks.
Earned, Not Read About
The team spent decades operating freight across trucking, brokerage, freight payment, risk and insurance, which is why the agents handle the 40% of edge cases that break other AI.
Live in 2 to 8 Weeks
EKA goes live in 2 to 8 weeks against a legacy implementation of three to six months, and new agents ship on 8-week cycles.
You Do Not Have to Replace Your TMS
EKA is headless and API-first. Starting in Q1 2027, On-Time AI will deliver its work into the system you already run. EKA goes live in 2 to 8 weeks, on the records you already have.

Carriers and private fleets
You see the late load before the receiver does, and you keep the customer.
Brokers and 3PLs
Your shippers hear about a risk from you rather than from the dock, and your performance record is ready when the bid comes.
Shippers
You stop calling for status and start grading brokers and carriers on operational data rather than the relationship.

How is On-Time AI different from location tracking?+
Location tracking shows where the truck is. On-Time AI predicts whether each pickup and delivery will meet its window across the whole load, and alerts you when a window is at risk.
Can shippers receive the alerts?+
Yes. When a predicted window slips past the threshold, the agent alerts the carrier or broker and also warns the shipper.
Can the data be used for scorecards?+
Yes. The on-time history kept by shipper, lane and carrier gives you performance data from the system rather than self-reported summaries.
